At Eagle Sharp Knife, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted Damascus steel knives. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you experience any issue with your order, we are here to help.

Warranty & Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only
  • It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, neglect, or normal wear and tear
  • We are not responsible for items lost after confirmed delivery 

Return & Exchange Policy (30 Days)

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below:

Eligible Returns

  • Item received with a manufacturing defect
  • Item received is incorrect or different from the order
  • Item is unused and in original saleable condition

     

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Custom or engraved/personalized orders
  • Clearance or discounted items (non-refundable)
  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Size-related issues (please review product specifications before ordering)

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • All accessories, packaging, and tags (if any) must be included

Opened or used items may be subject to partial refund or rejection depending on condition.

Restocking Fee

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply:

  • Unopened, unused items: 15% restocking fee
  • Opened, unused items: 30% restocking fee
  • Used items (if accepted): up to 45% restocking fee
  • Defective or wrong items: No restocking fee

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  • Keep your order number ready
  • Contact us at sales@eaglesharpknife.com
  • Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions
  • Once approved, you will receive further details via email
    Damages & Incorrect Items.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To ensure faster processing and availability, exchanges are handled as follows:

  • Return the original item following our return policy
  • Place a new order for the desired item separately

This ensures the replacement item is not out of stock during the exchange process.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier service.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local courier office or neighbors.
  • Shipping delays caused by courier services or external factors are beyond our control, but we will assist you in resolving such issues. 

Important Notes

  •  Custom/engraved products are final sale and non-refundable
  • Sale and clearance items are non-refundable
  • We do not accept order cancellations once processing has started
  • Natural materials (wood, horn, bone, etc.) may vary due to temperature and natural characteristics
